Why do we leave them on-the-vine? In this way the tomatoes continue to draw moisture and nutrients several days after they've been harvested. Farmers only pick cluster tomatoes when every tomato on the vine is fully ripe, and then hand picked and hand-packed in the container your milkman brings to your door! These are super-fresh, super-yummy and free of pesticides!!
