Ordering

To add products to your order, simply log into your account and browse any of the product categories in the red category menu bar. You can add products from any category to either your Next Delivery Only or to your Standing Order by clicking the add to order link under the product price. Additionally, you can click on the item picture and add the product to your order from the product details page. Select whether item this will be Next Delivery Only or Standing Order, then click add.

When you are all done changing your order, be sure to click the blue Checkout button. After checking out, you will receive a confirmation email showing your updated order. If you do not receive this email, your changes may not have been recorded; in such a case, please contact our Customer Service group at 1.800.Winder1 to confirm your order changes.

After logging in to your account, hover over the My Next Delivery Summary icon and click Manage My Next Delivery. This will take you to your cart, where you can remove any product from your delivery. To remove an item, click the red Remove button and then click Checkout to save your changes. After checking out, you will arrive at the Thank You page, confirming your order was completed. 

When you are all done changing your order, be sure to click the blue Checkout button. After checking out, you will receive a confirmation email showing your updated order. If you do not receive this email, your changes may not have been recorded; in such a case, please contact our Customer Service group at 1.800.Winder1 to confirm your order changes.

Standing Order

When you add products to your Standing Order, you are given the option to choose the frequency of delivery for these products. You can modify the frequency of their delivery at any time by logging in to your account and hovering over the My Standing Order button. Simply click Manage My Standing Order, and change the frequency on the items you wish. After changing the frequency, be sure to click the orange Update button to save your changes.

When you add products to your order, you are given the option of adding those products for your Next Delivery only or as a Standing Order item. Standing Order products are those that you want to receive on a consistent schedule. Your standing order must have at least one product that is delivered every week, and the total amount of your weekly standing order must be greater than $10.00. Your choices regarding the frequency of the delivery of your products on your Standing Order include every week, every even week, every odd week, and monthly, on whichever week of the month you prefer.

When adding products to your order, you have two options: You can add it to your Next Delivery Only or to Standing Order.

Your Standing Order cart is for setting up subscriptions to the items you want to receive on a repeat basis, whether weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Each week, your Next Delivery cart will update based on the items in your Standing Order. You can then adjust the Next Delivery by removing things you don’t need that week, or adding items you want just for that week.

As you add products to your order, you will see the dropdown menu under Frequency. Here, you select either Next Delivery Only or set a frequency at which you would like to receive the product on your Standing Order. If you add an item to Standing Order for every week, it will add it to your Next Delivery as well.

Remember to hit Checkout after you make any changes to either your Next Delivery or Standing Order carts.

Winder Farms

If you’d like to change your address or phone number, you will need to contact a customer service representative at 1.800.WINDER1. 

To change your email address or account password, simply hover over the “My Account” link in the upper right hand corner of your account page and click “Account Settings.”

Winder Farms is a convenient home delivery grocery service that provides families with weekly deliveries of high quality, fresh, great-tasting products right to their front door, saving our customers both time and money. We simplify your life.

Customers can sign-up online to receive weekly deliveries of fresh groceries. Products can be added or removed from your weekly deliveries at any time—from your smartphone, computer or over the phone. Deliveries take place once a week and are delivered to your front door by 8:00 a.m. Customers can sign up for weekly emails or text reminders to update your online order the day before delivery, as well as text reminders to retrieve your products from the front porch.

Winder Farms helps families save time and money by delivering groceries right to their front doors. More importantly, our convenient delivery service simplifies the lives of time-strapped families by delivering the products they use most every week. Our weekly deliveries allow our customers to feed their families fresh products all week long without making extra trips to the grocery store. Moreover, making changes to your order is so easy—do it from the comfort of your couch, or even from the soccer field.

With Winder Farms, serving your family great-tasting, fresh food is possible all week long, even when you don’t have time to make it to the grocery store! We deliver during the night hours so you wake up to delicious, fresh food each week. It’s like Christmas morning each and every week!

Winder Farms began in 1880, delivering fresh milk and dairy products from our own dairy with a horse-drawn cart. Today, Winder Farms is modernized–using delivery trucks, email and text reminders, a mobile website, and providing over 300 products—but, our dedication to delivering fresh, delicious products remains the same.

Winder Farms began over 130 years ago as Winder Dairy. Winder Dairy operated its own dairy farm and delivered milk and dairy products to customers with a horse-drawn cart. Today, Winder Farms has modernized its delivery approach with online ordering, delivery trucks, and a larger product offering, however, we like to stay true to our Milkman roots. Because after all, delivering fresh, delicious milk is what we do best!

Products

Pricing of Winder Farms’ high quality products is generally comparable to premium quality grocery stores in your neighborhood.

Winder Farms specializes in offering quality foods such as fresh dairy, fresh produce, fresh squeezed juices, fresh baked goods, and all natural meats. We also carry some specialty all-natural frozen dinners such as pizzas, chicken and beef meals, and pasta dishes.

In addition to producing many of our products, Winder Farms works with local farms, artisan bakeries, and businesses to deliver a wide range of fresh products so families can feel good about supporting local businesses.

Winder Farms believes in supporting our local growers and producers. Winder Farms has forged partnerships with dozens of local artisan farmers, bakeries and businesses in the markets we serve to provide our customers with the freshest local products.

Not yet. Non-GMO foods are a recent consumer trend and one that we believe is very important. As more and more businesses produce non-GMO foods, we will begin to offer those to our customers.

Depends! We cover most of Utah and Las Vegas. Please contact our Customer Service team at 1.800.WINDER1 to get updated delivery and product information based on your new address. We can also schedule your deliveries to meet you at your new address.

Service

After logging in to your account, hover over the My Delivery Schedule icon. From there, first select your skip reason, then simply click Skip to skip your next delivery, or Skip Other if you need to skip a delivery at a later date.

Skip Other: After clicking Skip Other, a calendar will appear highlighting your delivery days in green. Simply click the dates you would like to skip and click the blue Confirm Skip button at the bottom of the page.

Taking a long vacation? To skip a delivery for periods greater than three weeks, you will need to contact a customer service representative at 1.800.WINDER1.

Because the day of your delivery depends on where you live, we are not able to change your delivery day at this time. Our delivery system allows us to cut costs and keep prices down so that we save you money.

Firstly, when placing your order, always make sure to click the Update button when adding or removing items to your weekly order, then hit the blue Checkout button before you exit. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused. Remember, when managing your order online, the last step is the Thank You page, which shows all items that will be delivered in your next delivery along with the date of your next delivery. In addition, a confirmation email containing this same summary will be sent to you. If you continue to experience problems, you may also call a customer service representative anytime at 1.800.WINDER1, and we’ll gladly help you.

Winder Farms is now serving most of Utah and Las Vegas. Unfortunately, Winder Farms does not generally deliver to condos or apartment buildings due access difficulties. If you want to confirm that Winder Farms will deliver to your home, please call 1.800.WINDER1 to speak with a customer service representative.

At Winder Farms, we are committed to your satisfaction and will do everything possible to address any concerns or issues that you have with your service. Please call us first at 1.800.WINDER1 to discuss any issues you may have so we have a chance to attend to any problem before you cancel service. 

If you still feel you would like to cancel your service, please call 1.800.WINDER1 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, or 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Depending upon your subscription plan, an early cancellation fee may apply.

With Winder Farms, there are no hefty annual membership fees or expensive delivery fees. When a customer signs up to receive Winder Farms subscription-based service of 40 deliveries (approximately 10 months’ of service), they are charged a one-time fee for porch coolers or cooler bags. Each delivery fee is less than $5.00 (prices may vary in different markets). If a customer decides to cancel Winder Farms service early, the early cancellation fee may apply.
