- Two – Complete your simple registration as a new customer and confirm your first order.
- Three – We deliver to you. So, sit back and relax, you just finished all your fresh grocery shopping for the week!
After you've signed up as a customer, a Winder Farms delivery person will leave your order right at your door on your assigned delivery day—all our deliveries are guaranteed fresh to your door by 8 a.m. To ensure your groceries arrive as fresh and delicious as they were when they left the farm, we deliver everything in an insulated cooler or cooler bag. After your first delivery, you can change your weekly order up until 8:00 p.m. the night before your delivery by logging into your account at winderfarms.com from your computer or mobile device, or by calling one of our friendly customer service representatives at 1.800.WINDER1.
Updating Your Weekly Order
Each week, you'll receive what's called your Standing Order. These items will be delivered to you each and every week. You can also order groceries that you want to receive for just specific deliveries; we call this Next Delivery Only.
Like most people, you probably hate to open the fridge and see that you are out of milk, orange juice, eggs, fresh produce, and any other products that you and your family use on a weekly basis. Not only is it inconvenient to be out of the items you need, but it then requires a trip to the grocery store. The standing order is the best way to make sure you never run out of the groceries you need. The best part about your standing order is the flexibility; you can select the products you want and set a delivery schedule of weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Take a moment to think about how much milk, juice, bread, produce, and other groceries your family uses each week, and set your standing order accordingly. It may take a week or two for you to get it just right, but when you're done, you will love the convenience of not running to the grocery store for fresh staple items each week!
Next Delivery Only:
Every week you have until 8:00 p.m. the evening before your delivery day to change your order. Our Next Delivery Only option is a great way to try delicious new products without adding it to your regular delivery. Browsing our selection of New Products for a new treat? Need to order steaks for a weekend BBQ? Simply add the product to your order and select
Next Delivery Only to add the items to your cart for your next delivery. It's a great way to try something new each and every week!
Skipping a Delivery
Out of town for the week? Planning a family summer vacation? No need to worry, you can always skip a delivery! If you will be away for any reason, just login to your account on your computer or mobile device and click
Skip a Delivery before 8:00 p.m., and we'll make sure nothing is delivered, even if it's on your Standing Order!
