Melanie joined Winder in 2013, initially in the role of VP of Marketing, then as Chief Customer Officer. She began a new chapter for Winder Farms in 2016 as CEO. Melanie received a BA from Eckerd College in Florida, and an MBA from Stanford University in California. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, snowboarding on Utah's amazing slopes, and spending time with her family.

Scott came to Winder Farms as Chief Financial Officer in October 2008, and was appointed President in January 2011. Scott holds a Bachelor's Degree in English and Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Scott currently resides in Fruit Heights, Utah with his wife and six kids. He has coached all six of his children in softball and baseball. He loves theater, singing, and reading a good book.
Favorite Winder Farms Product: I can't limit it to just one. I would say chocolate milk, pumpkin chocolate chip bread and applewood bacon. And yes, I have been known to have all three of them for breakfast!
Favorite Winder Farms Memory: Seeing some of our maintenance employees dress up with antlers and red noses while doing a reindeer dance for a photo shoot for the Men of Winder Farms benefit calendar—it was only a joke, but they didn't know it at the time!
Kent is a fifth generation family member to be involved in the business. He was president at the time the investment with Dolphin Capital Group was made in 2004. Prior to this, Kent served as Executive VP from 1982-2004. He attended both the University of Utah and Brigham Young University. He currently resides in West Valley, Utah with his wife.

Paul has been part of the Winder Farms team for nearly two decades. He has been fortunate to work with many talented people along his Winder Farms journey and knows the company inside out as he has worked in almost every department. Paul is a Westminster College alumnus. He resides in Murray, Utah with his wife, three kids, and two dogs. In his spare time he enjoys running, working in the yard and time with his family, whether it's going to the movies, watching one of his daughters play a soccer game or enjoying his son's latest break dancing battle.
