WINDER FARMS GROCERY HOME DELIVERY GUARANTEE

Every time you experience Winder Farms products, you’ll know you are giving your family the best in freshness and taste. Our products are 100% guaranteed and we are happy to replace or credit you for any product that does not meet your satisfaction. You must request the credit within 14 days of the item being delivered by contacting our customer service team at 1-800-WINDER1.

 

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By continued acceptance of Winder Farms deliveries and/or usage of the Winder Farms website, you indicate your acceptance of all the terms and conditions, which may periodically be updated. You also agree to our Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.winderfarms.com/privacy-policy. You are signing up for a weekly delivery service and will be billed for items received each week. This authorization is to remain in force and effect until Winder Farms has received notification from you of its termination. Please notify us of any changes as soon as possible so that we can update our records. This service agreement and all deliveries on this account are subject to the approval of Winder Farms. Service area restrictions and minimum order amounts may apply. 

 

Winder Farms Home Delivery is Flexible

You can adjust your orders with a phone call or visit to our website winderfarms.com or via our mobile apps. You may also request a temporary hold on service. All orders are guaranteed to be delivered by 8 a.m on your assigned delivery day or you will be credited the amount of a weekly delivery fee. There is no set time limit a customer is obligated to receive home delivery; however, depending on which program you signed up for, if you discontinue service within 40 deliveries, you will be charged an early cancellation fee of $49.99. If you skip your delivery for 12 consecutive weeks, your account may be closed and the early cancellation charge would apply if the delivery length commitment has not been met. To cancel your subscription to Winder Farms home delivery, contact our customer service team during normal business hours at 1-800-WINDER1.

 

Deposits

Some items (such as cooler bags, ice blankets, and reusable bottles) have a refundable deposit. If you choose not to use a porch cooler or your items do not fit in the cooler, you will be provided a Winder Farms cooler bag with each delivery with a deposit fee added to your account. Please set any deposit items, including the bag, on your porch the night before your delivery to receive a full deposit refund.

 

Convenient Billing

Charges to checking accounts or credit cards will be made per delivery based on items in your cart, plus taxes, delivery fees, and deposits. Your account (debit, credit, or checking) will generally be charged on your delivery day. You may also be charged a start fee at the time of signing up, depending on your new customer promotion. Product prices and fees are subject to change without notice. Items may not always be available; you will not be charged for items not delivered. Itemized statements are available through your online account each week. If you have any questions regarding your account, please contact Customer Service.

 

Prepped Meal Kit Line

The Prepped meal kit line includes ingredients packaged and compiled by Winder Farms to help conveniently prepare meals. Some recipes include sauces or other mixed ingredient items and may not have full nutritional and ingredient information on the packaging that arrives at your door. For full information, call our customer service team at 1-800-WINDER1. Prepped will arrive in a reusable cooler bag and a deposit for the bag will be applied until the bag is returned. As with all Winder Farms products, you are responsible for proper cooking and food handling of the ingredients before consumption. Please inspect ingredients for freshness and damage upon arrival. If you have any concerns, please contact us. We recommend that you follow the USDA’s instructions on food handling and recommended internal temperatures as you prepare the meals. WINDER FARMS PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP

Customers who opt to join Winder Farms Premium Membership are subject to all the terms of Winder Farms Home Delivery Service as well as the following. The Premium Membership includes an annual fee, which is charged at the time of signing up for the Premium Membership. If you choose to cancel your Premium Membership within 3 days of signing up, you may receive a full refund. After that time, the Premium Membership fee is non-refundable. You can cancel your Premium Membership at any time by calling our customer service department at 1-800-WINDER1 (1-800-946-3371.)

Benefits of Premium Membership: Premium customers pay an annual upfront fee instead of weekly or monthly delivery fees. Premium customers electing to join a promotional offer that includes Winder Farms Rewards Club are also automatically enrolled in Winder Farms Reward Club which offers 5% grocery credit at the end of one year from the time the customer joined Premium. The grocery credit is issued to the customer’s Winder Farms account and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Limitations: Offer only valid to new customers. Some area restrictions and housing restrictions, such as apartments, condos, townhouses and mobile homes, may apply. Premium membership is not transferrable to others. From time to time, Winder Farms may choose to add or remove Premium membership benefits.

Fees and Renewal:  The fee is subject to change from the first year amount. The Premium membership fee is non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms. Taxes may apply. PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW 1 YEAR FROM THE SIGNUP DATE. UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE A CHARGE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL OR DO NOT WANT TO AUTO RENEW, YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE MEMBERSHIP FEE AND ANY TAXES, USING ANY CREDIT CARD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU.

Terms and Conditions

I agree to be financially responsible for products purchased from Winder Farms and any associated charges or delivery fees. I will notify Winder Farms of any changes to my automatic billing information or status before the next billing cycle. I understand that any overdue amounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge (18% per annum) or a $2.50 minimum charge. I will be responsible for collection fees including, but not limited to, attorney fees, court costs and any other expenses incurred by Winder Farms for overdue amounts on my account. I understand that Winder Farms may cancel my service due to unpaid balances or breaches of the service agreement.

You may also cancel your subscription to Winder Farms delivery at any time by contacting our customer service team during normal business hours at 1-800-WINDER1. Early cancellation fees may apply, as outlined above.
